Indemo Implements New “1 Note: 1 Debt” Investment Structure

On November 3, 2025, Indemo launched a new investment product called “1 Note: 1 Debt,” fundamentally changing how investments are structured on its platform.

Previously, an investment note on Indemo was backed by a “basket” containing multiple debts and their underlying assets. Under the new model, each investment note is now directly tied to a single, specific debt which is secured by one individual asset.

The primary effect of this change is increased transparency for the investor. The “1 Note: 1 Debt” structure allows an investor to see the exact asset that collateralizes their specific investment note before they commit capital.

According to Indemo, this new structure is a necessary technical prerequisite for the future development of a secondary market. A secondary market would provide investors with the option to sell their investment notes to other users, potentially offering an exit before the full term of the loan is complete.

In support of the new product, Indemo has also updated its platform with new features, including improved filtering and sorting options to help investors navigate the new single-asset investment opportunities.

The launch of the new product coincides with a “Black Friday Month” cashback campaign, which runs from November 3 to November 30, 2025. The campaign offers tiered cashback rates on investments made during this period.
