LANDE is a crowdfunding platform from Latvia. The platform focuses on low risk loans for farmers, real estate developers and small-medium enterprises of the housing sector. Recently, the platform has introduced a new product, also rooted in agriculture: grain and harvest loans. LANDE highlights investors security through: low average Loan-To-Value of 37%, being audited by lemonway or that all investments are held on a seggregated account of BNP Paribas. Since March 2023, the platform also offers investments in Romania.
